The following hor d'ourves will be served:
Gorgonzola mousse on charred bread, crispy bacon, dried cherry compote & spicy walnuts
Sweet melon & serrano ham skewers
Roasted pork & beef meatballs with a honey-lemon barbeque sauce
Miniature chicken tea sandwiches
Mushroom caps stuffed with lump crab
Post time for the race is 6:34pm which will be viewed from our projector screen in the ballroom.
Dress to impress- Big hats & bowties encouraged! (Prize awarded for best chapeau)
Mint Julep ingredients will be provided- please bring your own bourbon to add.
Genuine derby pie served post-race.
